This page describes the hosted service at push4ai.com and its app. If you run your own copy of Push4AI on your own server, none of this applies to you - your data stays on your machine, and this page only describes what happens when you use ours.

What we collect

Your email, from Apple or Google when you sign in. We never see your password.
A push token for your phone, so a notification can reach it.
What you set up: the agents you create, their names and colours.
What agents send you: the notifications themselves - titles, text, any content an agent wrote - and how you answered.
Payment references, from Stripe: that a payment happened, and how much credit it added. We never see or store your card number; Stripe handles that directly.

Why

To run the one thing this product does: an agent asks, you answer, the agent gets your answer back. To process a payment when you add credit. To tell you, as a push like any other, when your balance is running low.

Who else sees it

Three companies, each for one job, and nothing beyond that job:

Apple - delivers the push to your phone, and handles Sign in with Apple if you use it.
Google - handles Google sign-in, if you use it instead.
Stripe - processes the payment when you add credit.

We do not sell your data. There is no advertising in this app, and no tracking or analytics software watching what you do in it.

How long we keep it

A financial record - what was added, what was spent - is kept for as long as your account exists, the same way a bank statement is. The written content of a notification is cleared automatically 90 days after you answer it. Everything else is kept until you delete your account.

Deleting your account

In the app: Account tab → the gear icon → Delete Account. This is real and immediate. It removes your account, every agent you made, every notification you received, and your full payment history from our database, in one step, right away. It cannot be undone.

What stays: Stripe keeps its own record of the payment itself, under Stripe's own policy, since that is a financial record we do not control and do not have the right to erase on Stripe's side.

Children

Push4AI is not directed at children and is not knowingly used by them.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will change the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after that means you have seen it.
