This page describes the hosted service at push4ai.com and its app. Using either one means you agree to what is written here. If you run your own copy of Push4AI on your own server, none of this applies to you, this page only covers our own hosted service.
You sign in with Apple or Google. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens through your account, including what your own agents send using your key.
Signing in adds $5 of credit automatically, no card needed. Adding more credit is a real payment, handled by Stripe. Credit is not real money, it cannot be withdrawn or exchanged, and it has no value outside this service.
Credit purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused credit, except where the law requires it.
If a payment is disputed with your bank instead of with us, the credit that payment added is reversed from your account automatically, the moment we are told about the dispute.
Do not use Push4AI to send anything illegal, to harass someone, or to try to break the notification system for anyone else. We can suspend or remove an account that does.
Push4AI is provided as it is, with no guarantee it will always be available or free of mistakes. We are not liable for losses from using it, beyond what the law requires us to cover.
You can delete your account at any time, in the app: Account tab, the gear icon, Delete Account. Full detail on the privacy page. We can also end an account for a real violation of these terms, and will tell you why.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will change the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after that means you have seen it.
